Context, phone was originally sent in for repairs was from a contract taken out in March 2011, phone was not even 3months old when problems arose, got it booked in for repairs. About a week and half later we received a phone, at home we relised that the unit was a refurbished unit and a much older revision of the same model. Not accepting this we returned the phone and clearly stated our unhapinees with receiving such an old phone.
