I have airel DTH connection from past one year. Problem with these DTH service is, they are majorly dependant on enviourments. Once air blows they get disturbed, now to fix these issues, you have to call service centers and lock your complaints. First of all it may take several hours to get connected & by luck if you get connected, they lodge your complaint but ask for services charges to rectify this.
