In March, I purchased a digital camera from this website and have never received it despite numerous emails to them. As they did not have Paypal or credit card facilities, I had to send the payment via Western Union in advance. Their policy terms and conditions state that global delivery is 95% guaranteed with delivery 6-9 days from receipt of payment.
