I have rented a vehicle from Hertz in the Erie airport last week. The car they had given me was a Toyota corolla. This car was dirty, brakes sounded horrible, oil was low, washer fluid was low, and there was trash in the center console. I called to speak to the manager about this. I got nothing but rude comments like "You shouldn't have drove off if it was dirty!" and "Oh well, I don't have anything to else to give you." I was stunned at the rudeness of the manager.
