we purchased a magicjack to try at our home. I own a small business and my home # is also my business #. Since we installed the magicjack I have had no phone service. Anytime someone calls in or I call out its so distorted you cant hear anything. I tried to get customer service but have been unable to even get any help from any one unless I pay 38.00 to have a question answered.
