Saw an ad for penny auctions and thought it would be fun to check them out. Required me to register, which I did and gave them my credit card information thinking it would be used only if I won an item. I was charged $99 and don't remember being told that was going to happen. In addition to that, no matter what you bid on the time for bidding starts all over again as soon as it gets close to closing.
