On 6th June 2011, I ordered some clothes onlin for my daughter. amounting about 500USD. I checked and found that an item I paid for has not been delivered. I immediately sent a mail to the customer service, I got a reply the next day which I later realised was an automated email reply. I sent another and someone called MS LIZ replied saying I chose a popular item, it could have been in another shoppers basket.
