I ordered a ring from Sparkles Forever 25 May 2011 which I never received. I am Overseas (supporting the U.S. Armed Forces Mission) and am forced to order online for many things. I began emailing the Customer Service for Sparkles Forever as well as LaLa Castro (the owner) 23 June 2011-everyday-and have yet to receive a response.
