The following presents the details of my complaint to SUNLAND HOME DECOR . I placed this order on Dec 9th. Both the SUNLAND HOME DECOR online catalog and their email confirmation indicated the items in question WERE in stock and WOULD ship in two days via QD--quick delivery. Two days ago their customer service rep assured me these items would ship THAT day. Today their customer service rep gave me a UPS tracking (I had to call to ask for it) that UPS does NOT recognize, which means (if it's valid) the items NOT shipped... read full review »
