I had ordered a product online through naaptol.com on 4th Dec'10. The payment for the same got processed immediately. I spoke to the customer care representative of the site as to when the product would be delivered to me. He told that my order has been processed and the product would be delivered within 7-10 working days. I again called up customer service after 3-4 days to have an update on the status.
