When they say, 'let the buyer beware' they are referring to XS Cargo. We purchased 2 items from the London, Ontario location - a battery-operated floor sweeper and a hose reel. The floor sweeper was so cheaply made it broke during assembly. We took it back and asked to upgrade to a different model which they had in stock, and were told 'our policy is that you have to exchange it for the identical item.'
