My family and I have been using the services of Emirates flights for the past 10 years. Over the time I have noticed the quality of food have deteriorated. Some of my family members are vegetarians, their portions of meals are so meager that it would take 2 trays just to easy the hunger pangs for an adult. For the past 4 years the vegetarian menu has been slimy okra in dhal with hint of rice. Veg menus also consist of soya products but it seems vegetarians do not have a choice.
