I have been with TD Bank for almost ten years now, and it's never been easy dealing with their customer service reps. My issues with them started about four years ago when I attempted to order checks from them. With most other banks, this is a very easy and free thing to do. With TD Bank (which at the time was Commerce Bank), I was charged $50 in error for my first order of checks and it took the checks - literally - over a year to arrive at my house with the correct address and account information.
