Our home caught fire. We have a small mortgage on our home. thru Nationstar. The loss department are the worst. You never speakto the same person twice. Everyone has different answers . They constantly apoligize but state that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an answwer. Three weeks later still no answer. They have our insurance money and will not release the funds as orginally stated. Each time they find excuses for holding on to it or they find that it doesn't meet their criteria.
