1) driver was not prepared with the proper number of kennels for puppies and mother - was going to keep the mother dog up front with him with no protection - I had to give him my carrier. 2) driver mixed up two dogs - one intended for washington went to canada and visa versa 3) VERY high probability that the puppies were exposed to the parvovirus during transport - 4 have died to date. read full review »
