I ordered a TRIAL package back in February. Never received it. From that point on I've been charged for a package every month and have not received one order!!! I've called the Company and was spoken to as if I was the one committing a crime! I was hung up on when I told them I wanted a refund in the amount of $261.40. But first I asked who I was speaking to and was told Jenifer (I doubt that's really her name).
