We have paid approximately $50.00 per month for two years on insurance with Best Buy to cover our payments in the event that my spouse lost his job, or in the event of disability or death. My spouse did loose his job on 2-24-09. We filed a claim and have been denied. They are saying he must be collecting unemployment checks or this does not cover us. We never heard anything like this until we filed a claim. I wrote an appeal letter and they are saying they never received it.
