Purchased the product, tested it on a spot on my arm following all instructions, using the focus tube, applied for slightly less than recommended time. Two years later I still have the spot and white scarring around the outer edge. I emailed the supplier a few months after using the product and said it didn't work. Supplier was uninterested in helping me, no refund, just wrote that I needed to try it again. This product is dangerous for your skin.
