Bought a 50" Plasma TV with 3-d, having issue with halo around peoples head and images overlapping. When we contacted Samsung customer service, found out tv already had been purchased before and a ticket was placed to have the problem fixed. According to customer service with Samsung, TV was to be returned to them and no placed back on the floor to be sold.
