AT&T sent a old bill that I never knew existed to EOS CCA the collection agency. As soon as the mysterious bill appeared I called AT&T to take care of it. 5 months later it is still showing on my credit report. After countless calls with AT&T & EOS CCA I was assurred it would be removed and taken care of. Another month passes and it is still there. I called EOS CCA to see what was going on and was told that they had no record of me and had no idea what I was talking about. I was then disconnected 8 times!!!
