Hi I buy a house from paramount florevilla sector 137 noida, and requested a home loan from indiabulls financial ltd, submited all documents and chq of 1108/- Rs, after few weeks I got update your loan is approved, and now when I ask for disbursment of amount to builder, now they are saying due to some reason we are not releasing amount to builders, after this I requested them to returns my documents and amount charged as processing fee, but are not giving back, after so many followup, still no updates and no loan amount and my processing... read full review »
