I was given the Instyler as a gift.e hair. I watched the instructional video on our shopping channel and followed instructions to the letter using it on myself and on three others.I received a serious burn on my hand, neck only because I had turned the heat down to low. After 5 uses the barrel began to rotate irregularly as though it was out of balance. I had this instrument examined by a friend who is a hairdresser and another who is an engineer.
