A shout-out to JD Powers...I don't know what T mobile is paying you but they are definitely not number 1 in customer service...I just spent 45 minutes trying to simply pay my bill...My phone was dead...I went to pay my bill online...because I cannot remember the pin I could not sign on...they will not communicate over the phone or by email without the pin...the only way to get the pin is through a text to my dead phone, which even when turned on, does not receive and did not ever receive texts...
