The customer service at this location is inconsistent. The front desk receptionist is an understanding and professional individual who belies the substandard service that occurs within the offices. April 2011, I was finally fitted for a crown for a root canal that began in December 2010. This complaint is not about the wait for the crown, as the first fitting was unsatisfactory.
