Sears was paid a check by me for services that were rendered, on June 28, 2011. Sears deposited my check from Veterans Adm. CU into there account w/ Chase Bank here in MI. Sears was pd. the $69 from Chase Bank that processed the check. The problem is, is that Chase Bank processed the check to the wrong account, they processed the check to John Doe's acct. My acct. has had no funds withdrawn therefore my personal information is floating & John Doe has had $69 deducted from his or her acct.
