I signed up for 2 contracts after a call from CellC direct. Received the phones in 4 days. it's been 10 days and stilll my sims have not been activated or ported to the excisting numbers. I have phoned 084145 32 times. Complained on their websites 3 times Redf No:1106295810, 1107012505 and 1107055231. Explain to me please - when I went on the web and asked to be phoned regarding a new contract - I was phoned very fast.
