Ordered a book online that was used. Was sent the wrong book. Have been trying to settle this since April 2011. Used books handled by second party which they will not give me any information on. I ended up purchasing the book already. All I want is a return label and a refund. I have phoned and emailed countless times. Every time I call customer service it is an overseas operator.
