Comcast no longer supports or repairs their own equipment unless you pay them more money. What would be the point of me paying 40 dollars a month MORE for this company to repair their own equipment. I have to take care and upkeep my own equipment. I am really disappointed that yet another big business is finding more and more ways to charge people.
