I am taking a meter cab from KIMDO ROYAL CITY HOTEL, 133 Nguyen Hue Ave., District. 1, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam to Ben Thanh Market, the charges is VND13, 500. The taxi is 7seated type. Same day at 10.00pm (7/7/2011) I took another SEDAN taxi, registration no is "52V 2258" from same location and back to hotel, the charges is VMD49, 000. I order the driver to stop in front of hotel entrance but he refuses and stops at the other side of the road.
