P.C. Richards has terribe customer service PC Richards Complaint You were reading a complaint about PC Richards. Filing a new complaint about Richards called me on Friday to tell me they will call me on Saturday between 8:00-10:00 to tell me the time of delivery. I wait on Sat. until 10:00 no one called. I called the salesman and the office numerous times. The installer finally called me at 12:30 and said cannot install today it is going to rain. He gave me his cell number and he said he would call me awaiting a sunny day. I have been calling him for four days. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went to Pc Richards in Eatontown recently. I was in the market for a new washer and dryer. Spoke to a salesman and told him what I was looking at but that I wasn't ready to buy|. He told me to take my time and if I had any questions he would be glad to help;. After a while and a few questions I went to leave?. As I was leaving some guy named Brad came running up to me yelling about not buying and wasting his salesmans' time'.
