I rented a movie from Redbox. I returned it at 5:00 the next day. As this was 4 hours before the 9:00 pm deadline, I should have incurred no further charges for that rental. When I returned it, my card was charged a second time. I contacted Redbox through their website, and was promised a refund of the invalid charges. I never received the refund.
