I checked out 2 different addresses where I would need their mobile hot spot connection. When I got the product it never was able to connect. I called their tech and was told, "oh, sometimes it does not work in office buildings." That was the address I had checked. So I'm supposed to use the service on a street corner. I called for a refund and to return my device but they said since I purchased and called 32 days after I received the device I could not be refunded for anything. read full review »
