the 3rd June money was taken from my credit card account by SWREG to purchase software, they are a reseller, the Vendors website went off line nothing was forwarded so i asked for a refund from SWREG, upto date they have been saying the transaction has beed completed and given me US transactions ID, my bank is a non US Bank, so little use, there is no processing myend just a straight into the account, if it was a normal electronic transfer and to wait 5 -7 day, and sorry for the inconvenience.
