Hi, This is with regard to the Order num (Hin-08/07/2011-22137). what these people do is they take the order over the phone and they give us the amount to be paid. But they dont deliver the same items at the time of delivery. when u check the bill u will find that money is charged for each and every item which hve ordered but not delievered..this is not the first time it has happened. I know this complaint will be ignored and MCD are not going to suffer any loss by loosing a customer like me. read full review »
