this morning...we had incounter a very very sad thing because of the very inconsiderate staff of cebu pacific. just only a few minutes we are late and they don't allow us to have our flight.they said that we had cut off time for check-in and we are begging to them because we are in hurry...but sad to say...even the main office told us that you have penalty each and you have to rebook it...and you have to pay 5, 000 each, and we got shock we said that we are just late only 7minutes before 7:30am...but still they did not allow us.We said... read full review »
