I live in PITTSBURGH, always bought old cars and fixed them up. Last one was a 2001 Honda Odyssey. I did a lot to fix that van to get it on the road. Finally at 10 years old and 146, 000 miles I decided to trade it in on my FIRST new car (I'm 64 years old). I compared the Kia Soul and the Honda Element (2011 is it's last year of production). Seemed like the Kia was more affordable; because the dealer (Century III KIA)head salesman offered $6, 000 in trade. The Kia Soul also lists lower than the Element.
