Century Link is one of the WORST services i've ever used when it comes to television. Some of my channels freeze, and sometimes, my "playback" services go in and out|. When i'm watching a recorded movie, it stops and says that the network is down|. This happens 2-3 times EVERY DAY?. And also when i called for a technician to come and "fix" my cable boxes, he didn't come till 3 days later!. When i called them to see what the problem was, they couldn't find an answer/.
