I just experienced the WORSE flight booking situation in my life. I booked my flight and an automated response confirmed my reservation - PENDING PAYMENT. The following day I book the same flight with them for my daughter and it was confirmed (including payment) the next day. So I made an enquiry about my reservation. After finally finding a service number to call, I was informed that my credit card wasn't valid.
