I had the same problem with Bidrack that I have seen for others - I was charged $99 when I registered on their site. I was trying to find out what the price of an item was and they require you to register to see it. They also ask for credit card information which I stupidly assumed would be for their use when a purchase was made. I then saw that the item which was advertised for a very low price was suddenly much higher, so I didn't use the site at all. However, I was charged $99 on my credit card.
