In May 2011 I purchased a 'trial' pack of three tubs at £4.98 and then decided that I wouldn't use the product but thought that as it was a 'trial pack' that 'that was that'. A month later more tubs arrived and when I rang up they agreed to make a refund if I sent the second pack back. At no time did they say that the trial payment was really a deposit and that I would be charged the full amount for that too!
