I purchased this product online with a purchase price of 10.00 special offer. When I checked my bank balance today I was charged 39.95 and not the 10.00. I purchased this off of the microsoft site. If this is the way this company handles transactions then I can assure you I will be complaining to alot of people.This is a total ripoff. The product is good but financially it sucks.
