I was a member of Cardinal fitness since 07, I stopped going and canceled use of my bank account in June of 2008, I decided to rejoin in May of 09 and was informed that I had a $256.00 bill and so I asked why do I have such a high bill and was told that "even though you stopped payment you are still charged every month"; so I asked the guy " Since im being charged for the use of the gym I should still be able to use it".
