One of the many new "Mass Joinder" lawsuit/foreclosure avoidance litigation companies, they claim to be a "non-profit, " based in Utah, that is "going to file" a Mass Joinder lawsuit against each of the major banks, under the leadership of John Markham, of Markham and Read, Boston. They want $10, 000 UP FRONT, which is illegal in the state of CAL., where they are soliciting and where they plan to file the suit. They have not filed any mass joinders so far.
