I have tried to receive a better rate at Doubletree Hotel by submitting a several claim forms. They have not responded to my last couple of claims even though the rate is lower. I have contacted the customer care dep't to be stalled once again. I agree with the other complaints on this board that the best rate guarantee at Hilton is a scam. Do not bother to waste your time with this process. Book elsewhere and njoy accomodations with a hotel chain that values loyal customers. read full review »
