Dear Kingfisher team, I am forced to write this complaint on a public forum because your website feedback form doesn't work. I faced a very rude and arrogant officer of yours who refused to address my query at Mumbai airport on 9th July (20:15 hrs). I was informed that the boarding for my flight will happen at A9 when i checked-in at around 18:00 hrs. I have since been waiting there for nearly 2 hrs.
