Bought the Joy Mangano trendy tote luggage in March for trip out west in May. As soon as we got to the hotel, the lining came away from the luggage. Within 2 days, the handle broke. Tried to call the toll free customer support number and always had to leave a message. Was told to complain on line. Good luck with that - you are rerouted to her numerous product websites and other consumers leaving complaints. This luggage is trash and the customer service is horrendous.
