TAM Brazilian Airways has a long way to go to pretend to be like the big boys. First, it has the Orwellian policy of not letting anyone, but Brazilians reserve flights on their online site - since they require a brazilian cpf number to book the flight. Secondly, they will try to convince you to call their office in Argentina to assist foreigners and, of course, there is no toll free number to get there from here.
