As a former government employee, I feel uncomfortable to write about a city worker but I realize that nobody should go through my recent experience. On July 3rd, 2011, I entered the Public Parking lot situated at the end of 167th Street and Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. I was desperate looking for a parking space, when I saw a car leaving.
