I purchased a house in December of 2010 and the mortgage company arranged First American Home Warranty to provide warranty on the house for a year. In 6 months I have filed 3 claims which they refused to pay even though the contract states that they cover products I have made a claim about. One of the claims I received payment for, but only after I paid for the A/C repair myself after it had been out for 2 days in 105+ degree weather.
