I pay for 3mb/s, but recently since the acquisition of Qwest, my connection has dropped to below 0.5mb/s. I've called customer service twice and they said that I am somehow getting 2.6mb/s, which is in the "respectable range of what I am paying for". I would actually be happy if I was in fact getting 2.6mb/s, but I've ran multiple speed tests and that is not the case. I cannot even watch a YouTube video in 240p without it buffering 20 times.
